Acting as a tax representative or tax agent in each EU Member State, ASD Group is responsible for:

An intra-Community VAT number is a unique identifier that allows companies established in an EU Member State or outside the EU to be recognised as operators.
The identification of companies by an intra-Community VAT number is essential for the proper functioning of the VAT system and the statistical framework for foreign trade imposed by the EU. It enables companies to file Intrastat / DEB declarations and to declare and/or pay VAT to the relevant Member States.
If your company is established within the European Union or outside it and you wish to carry out taxable transactions in an EU Member State without having a permanent establishment there, you must obtain an intra-Community VAT number in that Member State. Without this number, you will not be able to carry out your activity.
Obtaining an intra-Community VAT number requires the submission of a complete file to the foreign tax authorities. The procedure, conducted in the official language of the country concerned, can be lengthy and complex.
In order to simplify and speed up the registration process, companies established in the EU can appoint ASD Group as a tax agent. Companies established outside the EU are legally required to appoint a tax representative such as ASD Group to carry out the registration procedure on their behalf.
Thanks to its presence in every EU Member State, ASD Group enables you to obtain an intra-Community VAT number in any country where it is required.
ASD Group is your single point of contact for managing all your foreign VAT matters and a trusted intermediary with the local tax authorities.
